It appears you are on a iPhone or iPad.  Apple has deemed Flash as not neccessary, so you can't see the normal Flash based weather station.  It's presumably a common occurance on the 36 million websites with Flash you might find out there. 

I believe Apple should allow Flash as it creates a lot more effort for web designers and builders to accomodate those devices.  I'm not anti Apple, just anti their stance on Flash.
